Sandhu Ramandeep Injured in a Crash on September 16, 2022 on the Kansas Turnpike

Sandhu Ramandeep of Regina, Unknown was injured on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 01:10 AM on the Kansas Turnpike. Ramandeep is a 35-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 [the 2020 FREIGHTLINER AP driven by Sandhu Ramandeep] entered the ramp to northbound I-435 from eastbound I-70 at highway speeds. Driver 1 [Sandhu Ramandeep] applied brakes while entering the right-handed curve but the trailer overturned, followed by the truck. The truck and trailer came to rest off the left side of the ramp on the driver’s side.

Injuries

Ramandeep's injuries were minor. Ramandeep was taken by ambulance to Ku Med.

The police said the 2020 Freightliner Ap with Unknown license plate number 443MDC damage was not funcational. This vehicle was insured. GREAT FARMERS TRANSPORT GROUP insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Santa Fe. The police also said, "STATE OF ORIGIN IS SASKATCHEWAN CANADA."

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
