Richard Evans Injured in a Crash on September 19, 2022 in Cherokee County, Kansas

Richard Dewayne Evans of Moutainburg, Arkansas was injured on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 10:05 AM in Cherokee County, Kansas. Evans is a 72-year-old man.
