Jennifer Loy Injured in a Crash on August 02, 2021 on the Kansas Turnpike

Jennifer Marie Loy of Topeka, Kansas was injured on Monday, August 02, 2021 at 04:45 PM on the Kansas Turnpike. Loy is a 44-year-old woman.

Vehicle 2 [the 2021 SUBARU IMPREZA driven by Cooper Rosheim] was struck by Vehicle 1 [the 2004 PETERBILT AP driven by Larry Manning] as Vehicle 1 [the 2004 PETERBILT AP driven by Larry Manning] crossed the 2 lanes, and Vehicle 2 [the 2021 SUBARU IMPREZA driven by Cooper Rosheim] was pinned underneath the trailer of Vehicle 1 [the 2004 PETERBILT AP driven by Larry Manning]. Vehicle 3 [the 2013 FREIGHTLINER PC driven by Alreado Solano] struck Vehicle 1 [the 2004 PETERBILT AP driven by Larry Manning]s trailer, lost control after impact, struck Vehicle 4 [the 2017 NISSAN ROGUE driven by Jennifer Loy], and then struck the barrier wall twice, coming to rest on the barrier wall.

Injuries

Loy's injuries were serious. Loy was taken by ambulance to St. Francis.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2017 Nissan Rogue with Kansas license plate number 617EID damage was not functional. This vehicle was insured. STATE FARM insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Browns Towing.
