Vehicle 1 [the 2007 Toyota 4Runner driven by Kateryn Lucas-Lopez] rotated and struck the concrete barrier median wall, becoming disabled on the inside shoulder. Vehicle 2 [the 2017 Kia Sorento driven by David Caddell] became disabled in the number two lane.
