Paulina Cedillo Injured in a Crash on August 30, 2021 in Wyandotte County, Kansas

Paulina Galindo Cedillo of , Unknown was injured on Monday, August 30, 2021 at 08:10 PM in Wyandotte County, Kansas. Cedillo is a 39-year-old woman.

Traffic ahead of both vehicles was at a stand still. Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Paulina Galindo Cedillo] lost control and spun out. Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Paulina Galindo Cedillo] struck the front of Vehicle 2 [the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 driven by Dia Darabauwad]. Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Paulina Galindo Cedillo] came to rest in the left lane, facing the wrong direction. Vehicle 2 [the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 driven by Dia Darabauwad] pulled over to the left shoulder in front of Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Chevrolet Aveo driven by Paulina Galindo Cedillo].

Injuries

Cedillo's injuries were minor. Cedillo was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2004 Chevrolet Aveo with Kansas license plate number 875MJN damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by All City Tow. The police said they do not know where the vehicle was taken.

This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
