Sean Noel Injured in a Crash on August 06, 2021 in Jefferson County, Kansas

Sean Christopher Noel of Pleasant Valley, Missouri was injured on Friday, August 06, 2021 at 08:48 PM in Jefferson County, Kansas. Noel is a 27-year-old man.

Vehicle 2 [the 2004 Chevrolet CK 2500 driven by Sean Noel] struck Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Nissan Versa driven by Rebecca Krom] in the right front door. Vehicles 1 & 2 came to rest in a field South East of the intersection.

Injuries

Noel's injuries were serious. Noel was taken by ambulance to Stormont Vale.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2004 Chevrolet Ck 2500 with Missouri license plate number 94H9FU damage was unknown. This vehicle was removed by Standard Towing.

This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
