Dawn Villalobos Injured in a Crash on July 31, 2021 on the Kansas Turnpike

Dawn Michelle Villalobos of Topeka, Kansas was injured on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 11:02 PM on the Kansas Turnpike. Villalobos is a 38-year-old woman.
