Johnson's injuries were fatal. Johnson was taken by ambulance to Stinemetz.

The police said the 2005 Chevy Cobalt with Kansas license plate number 949PGN damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive Northwestern insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by R & R Towing.
