Keggan Libengood Injured in a Crash on February 01, 2021 in Sedgwick County, Kansas

Keggan Libengood of Nampa, Idaho was injured on Monday, February 01, 2021 at 06:45 AM in Sedgwick County, Kansas. Libengood is a 28-year-old man.

Vehicle 2 [the 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Keggan Libengood] was behind and slowed down. Vehicle 1 [the 2006 Dodge Charger driven by Jodino Lopez] was behind Vehicle 2 [the 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Keggan Libengood] and rear-ended Vehicle 2 [the 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Keggan Libengood] causing it to rear-end Vehicle 3 [the 2020 Toyota Camry driven by Kim Nguyen]. Vehicle 1 [the 2006 Dodge Charger driven by Jodino Lopez] came to a stop in lane 2. Vehicle 2 [the 2005 Chrysler Sebring driven by Keggan Libengood] came to a stop on its driver side sideways across inside shoulder, lane 1, and lane 2. Vehicle 3 [the 2020 Toyota Camry driven by Kim Nguyen] came to a stop in lane 3.

Injuries

Libengood's injuries were minor. Libengood was taken by ambulance to Wesley Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2005 Chrysler Sebring with Kansas license plate number 677MYN damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Dairyland insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Kidds Towing.

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
