Crystal Redick Injured in a Crash on February 06, 2021 in Franklin County, Kansas

Crystal Dawn Redick of Emporia, Kansas was injured on Saturday, February 06, 2021 at 05:53 PM in Franklin County, Kansas. Redick is a 41-year-old woman.

Pedestrian 1 was standing outside Vehicle 2 [the 2004 Mercedes C Class driven by an unknown driver] at the time of the crash, and was struck by Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Honda Fit driven by Cora Mickey].

Injuries

Redick's injuries were serious. Redick was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional Hospital.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2004 Mercedes C Class with Kansas license plate number 511NPM damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Geico insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Andys. It was taken to Tow Lot. The police also said, "Vehicle was parked at time of crash."

In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
