Joan Moore Injured in a Crash on January 26, 2021 on the Kansas Turnpike

Joan Moore of Platte City, Missouri was injured on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 03:20 AM on the Kansas Turnpike. Moore is a 37-year-old woman.
