Jody Potter Killed in a Crash on February 26, 2021 in Marion County, Kansas

Jody L Potter of Emporia, Kansas was killed on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 12:10 PM in Marion County, Kansas. Potter is a 61-year-old woman.

The crash happened here: U56 eastbound at milepost 294.2 or four tenths of a mile miles west of Limestone Rd on U56.

Vehicle 1 [the 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Nathan Puett] went left of center and hit Vehicle 2 [the 2000 Ford F150 driven by James Potter] head on.

Injuries

Potter's injuries were fatal. Potter was taken by ambulance to Jost Funeral Home.

The police said the 2000 Ford F150 with Kansas license plate number 586LPU damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Farmers Insurance CO insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Auto House. The police also said, "Trlr: Gray Hound Dog Trlr."
