Betty Foutz Injured in a Crash on February 19, 2021 in Shawnee County, Kansas

Betty M. Foutz of Topeka, Kansas was injured on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 08:28 PM in Shawnee County, Kansas. Foutz is a 63-year-old woman.

Vehicles 1 and 2 were westbound on I70 in the right lane. Vehicle 1 [the 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Lane Hough] struck vehicle 2 in the rear. Vehicle 2 [the 1992 Ford Ranger driven by Douglas Foutz] went off onto the right side of the roadway, down an embankment and into a creek.
