Vehicle One was Eastbound on Interstate 70. For an unknown reason Vehicle One entered the center median. Vehicle One crossed the Westbound lanes of Interstate 70 and drove down the embankment on the North side of the Interstate 70. Vehicle One then vaulted over a guard rail and continued traveling Eastbound where Vehicle One struck Vehicle Two at the bottom of the Hedville Road off ramp.
