Jean De La Roche Injured in a Crash on November 12, 2021 in Rooks County, Kansas

Jean C. De La Roche of Great Bend, Kansas was injured on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 04:11 PM in Rooks County, Kansas. De La Roche is a 28-year-old man.
