Vehicle 1 [the 2007 Saturn Ion driven by Edgar Soto-Lara] turned on to K27 to make a u-turn, driver of Vehicle 1 [the 2007 Saturn Ion driven by Edgar Soto-Lara] did not see Vehicle 2 [the 2020 Sterling Tractor driven by Fabian Ledesma] traveling sb on K27. Driver of Vehicle 2 [the 2020 Sterling Tractor driven by Fabian Ledesma] could not react fast enough and struck Vehicle 1 [the 2007 Saturn Ion driven by Edgar Soto-Lara]. Vehicle 2 [the 2020 Sterling Tractor driven by Fabian Ledesma] ran off the road to the left and overturned coming to rest in east ditch.
