Tori Steelman Injured in a Crash on November 17, 2021 in Labette County, Kansas

Tori Kay Steelman of Edna, Kansas was injured on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 11:53 AM in Labette County, Kansas. Steelman is a 16-year-old girl.
