Nathaniel Rivera Killed in a Crash on November 17, 2021 in Seward County, Kansas

Nathaniel Garro Rivera of Liberal, Kansas was killed on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 07:40 AM in Seward County, Kansas. Rivera is a 5-year-old boy.

The crash happened here: Warren Street and Hickory avenue Junction or 602 Hickory avenue in Front of Prairie View Elementary School.

Injuries

Rivera's injuries were fatal. Rivera was taken by ambulance to Southwest Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2016 Gmc Sierra 1500 with Kansas license plate number 862PGR damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Bristol West insured this vehicle.

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
