Terry Fox Injured in a Crash on October 17, 2021 in Ellis County, Kansas

Terry J Fox of Brookfield, Ohio was injured on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 01:18 PM in Ellis County, Kansas. Fox is a 59-year-old woman.

Vehicle 1 [the 2022 Peterbilt Truck tractor driven by Terry Fox] struck Vehicle 2 [the 2004 Freightliner Truck tractor driven by Melvin Aguilar-Rios] and continued West-bound and came to rest on the I70 overpass over Old U40 and caught fire.

Injuries

Fox's injuries were minor. Fox was taken by ambulance to Hays Medical Center.

The police said the 2022 Peterbilt Truck Tractor with Michigan license plate number RC02234 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. H Property & Casualty insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Auggies. The police also said, "Vehicle was towing a trailer at the time of the accident - OH/D504556 2017 Great Dane trailer. Trailer was also towed by Auggies."

Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
