Stephen Evans Killed in a Crash on October 25, 2021 in Butler County, Kansas

Stephen Mark Evans of El Dorado, Kansas was killed on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 04:58 PM in Butler County, Kansas. Evans is a 44-year-old man.
