Chad Frey Injured in a Crash on October 12, 2021 in Logan County, Kansas

Chad Ryan Frey of Kiowa, Colorado was injured on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 09:07 PM in Logan County, Kansas. Frey is a 47-year-old man.
