John Serrano Killed in a Crash on October 23, 2021 in Cheyenne County, Kansas

John Carlos Serrano of Bird City, Kansas was killed on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 01:43 AM in Cheyenne County, Kansas. Serrano is a 17-year-old boy.
