Jacob Ray Rivera of Selma, California was killed on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 03:00 AM in Ellis County, Kansas. Rivera is a 19-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 [the 2014 Hyundai Sonata] impacted the ground at the bottom of the embankment and flipped end-over-end coming to rest on its top.
