Staci Ketelsen Injured in a Crash on June 16, 2021 in Rooks County, Kansas

V#1 and V#2 were traveling eastbound on U-24. V#2 started to slow down to turn right into her driveway. V#1 did not slow down with V#2. V#1 rear ended V#2. V#2 came to rest in the south ditch. V#1 continued eastbound and then entered the north ditch. V#1 came to rest in the north ditch and caught fire.
