Frances Stockton Killed in a Crash on June 22, 2021 in Jefferson County, Kansas

Frances A Stockton of Ozawkie, Kansas was killed on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 07:00 PM in Jefferson County, Kansas. Stockton is a 45-year-old woman.
