Irvin Jessepe Killed in a Crash on June 15, 2021 in Brown County, Kansas

Irvin Jessepe of Horton, Kansas was killed on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 07:15 PM in Brown County, Kansas. Jessepe is a 73-year-old man.
