Fenn's injuries were minor. Fenn was taken by ambulance to Wesley Medical.

The police said the 2014 Ford Escape with Kansas license plate number 842HUK damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Esurance Property and Casualty insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Arrow Wrecker.
