Curtis Keil Killed in a Crash on June 18, 2021 in Ellis County, Kansas

Curtis D Keil of Russell, Kansas was killed on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 07:45 PM in Ellis County, Kansas. Keil is a 60-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 [the 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup driven by Curtis Keil] then rolled at least twice in the median and into the Westbound traffic lanes, ejecting the driver. Vehicle 1 [the 2002 GMC Sierra 1500 Pickup driven by Curtis Keil] came to rest on its wheels in the north ditch.

Injuries

Keil's injuries were fatal. Keil was taken by ambulance to Hays Medical Center.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2002 Gmc Sierra 1500 Pickup with Kansas license plate number 809AQR damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Dairyland Insurance Company insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Lewis Automotive.
