Loren Luther Killed in a Crash on August 03, 2022 in Wallace County, Kansas

Loren W. Luther of Sharon Springs, Kansas was killed on Wednesday, August 03, 2022 at 02:35 PM in Wallace County, Kansas. Luther is a 77-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 [the 1992 Chevy Pickup driven by Loren Luther] left the roadway to the right where the driver overcorrected and went across the road, entering the West ditch. The driver then overcorrected a second time, causing the vehicle to roll multiple times and eject the driver. Vehicle 1 [the 1992 Chevy Pickup driven by Loren Luther] came to rest on the roof of the vehicle facing Southeast.

Luther's injuries were fatal. Luther was taken by ambulance to Goodland Regional Medical.

The police said the 1992 Chevy Pickup with Kansas license plate number 197BSQ damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. State Farm Mutual insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by S & M Towing.
