Bradley Small Injured in a Crash on August 09, 2022 in Johnson County, Kansas

Bradley Travis Small of Kansas City, Missouri was injured on Tuesday, August 09, 2022 at 03:11 PM in Johnson County, Kansas. Small is a 29-year-old man.

Driver 1 [Yael L. Mera Delgado] advised he fell asleep at the wheel. Vehicle 1 [the 2011 Dodge Avenger driven by Yael Mera Delgado] went off of the roadway to the right, striking legally parked Vehicle 3 [the 2004 Acura TL driven by an unknown driver] and a pedestrian changing a tire. Vehicle 1 [the 2011 Dodge Avenger driven by Yael Mera Delgado] also struck Vehicle 2 [the 2017 Ford Transit Van driven by Connor Price]. Vehicle 1 [the 2011 Dodge Avenger driven by Yael Mera Delgado] then came to a rest on its top in the Right ditch.

Injuries

Small's injuries were minor. Small was taken by ambulance to Overland Park Regional.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2004 Acura Tl with Missouri license plate number EJ5R8Z damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Liberty Mutual Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Dales Tow. The police also said, "Vehicle was legally parked."

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
