Krew Tinkel Injured in a Crash on August 10, 2022 in Pottawatomie County, Kansas

Krew H Tinkel of Wamego, Kansas was injured on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 05:33 PM in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. Tinkel is a 2-year-old boy.

Vehicle 2 [the 2008 Ford Edge driven by Megan Schindler] was Eastbound slowing, coming up behind Vehicle 3 [the 2013 Ford F250 driven by Randy Tinkel] when Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Western Semi driven by Mark Stanwix] struck Vehicle 2 [the 2008 Ford Edge driven by Megan Schindler] and three from behind. Vehicle 2 [the 2008 Ford Edge driven by Megan Schindler] came to rest on its side North of the roadway. Vehicle 3 [the 2013 Ford F250 driven by Randy Tinkel] came to rest on the South side of the roadway on its roof. Vehicle 1 [the 2015 Western Semi driven by Mark Stanwix] came to a rest on the South of the roadway in a field.

Injuries

Tinkel's injuries were serious. Tinkel was taken by ambulance to Childrens Mercy Kcmo.

Vehicle Damage

The police said the 2013 Ford F250 with Kansas license plate number 697479 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Auto Owner Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Oswalt Wrecker. It was taken to Tow Lot.
