Juan Moreno Injured in a Crash on August 18, 2022 in Seward County, Kansas

Juan C Moreno of Liberal, Kansas was injured on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 09:35 PM in Seward County, Kansas. Moreno is a 25-year-old man.
