Vehicle 3 [the 2020 BMW X5 M driven by Alexander Babich] struck the door from Vehicle 2 [the 2017 FORD TRANSIT VAN driven by an unknown driver] in the left lane.

Injuries

Mcclellan's injuries were fatal. Mcclellan was taken by ambulance to Ku Med.

The police said the 2020 Bmw X5 M with Missouri license plate number BD7M0U damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. StateFarm insured this vehicle.
