Vehicle was eastbound on I-70 on the overpass bridge. Due to icy road conditions, driver lost control of the vehicle, veered into the median and struck a guardrail on the westbound side. Vehicle then crossed the westbound lanes, overturned 1 or 2 times and came to rest on the north side of I-70 off the roadway.
Injuries
Brightbill's injuries were fatal. Brightbill was taken by ambulance to Salina Regional Health Center.
