Vehicle 2 [the 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Alejandra Hernandez-Delgado] then went off the roadway to the left, striking the KDOT cable fence before coming to a stop. Vehicle 1 [the 2016 Ford Transit Commercial Van driven by Austin Potts] came to a stop on the inside ditch.
