Alvis Oneal Killed in a Crash on April 24, 2022 in Osage County, Kansas

Alvis Jai Oneal of Topeka, Kansas was killed on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at 04:00 AM in Osage County, Kansas. Oneal is a 23-year-old man.
