Nicklaus Davis Injured in a Crash on July 21, 2021 in Sedgwick County, Kansas

Nicklaus Alan Davis of Haysville, Kansas was injured on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11:50 AM in Sedgwick County, Kansas. Davis is a 43-year-old man.

Vehicle 1 [the 2010 Toyota Rav4 driven by Gabriel Seim] continued to flee from WPD Eastbound on 53rd at a high rate of speed. Vehicle 2 [the 2015 GMC Sierra driven by Nicklaus Davis] was Northbound on N Hydraulic, stopped at the stop sign at the intersection of 53rd and Hydraulic. As Vehicle 2 [the 2015 GMC Sierra driven by Nicklaus Davis] began to enter the intersection, Vehicle 1 [the 2010 Toyota Rav4 driven by Gabriel Seim] failed to stop at the stop sign for Eastbound traffic at 53rd and Hydraulic, striking Vehicle 2 [the 2015 GMC Sierra driven by Nicklaus Davis] on the driver side front and rear doors. Vehicle 1 [the 2010 Toyota Rav4 driven by Gabriel Seim] came to rest facing Northbound just North of the intersection, while Vehicle 2 [the 2015 GMC Sierra driven by Nicklaus Davis] came to rest just East of N Hydraulic and South of E 53rd St. N in a grassy vacant lot.

The police said the 2015 Gmc Sierra with Kansas license plate number 948MZC damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Firemans Insurance Company insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Mullen Towing Llc. It was taken to Tow Lot.
