Brian Noble Injured in a Crash on July 09, 2021 in Wilson County, Kansas

Vehicle 1 [the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Savannah Davis] struck a culvert, at the driveway to Midwest Minerals, causing vehicle 1 to rollover and come to rest facing Southwest on its driver’s side.
