Janice Trumpeter Injured in a Crash on July 15, 2021 in Russell County, Kansas

Janice L. Trumpeter of Florissant, Colorado was injured on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 01:39 PM in Russell County, Kansas. Trumpeter is a 66-year-old woman.

Vehicle 2 [the 2013 Airs Motorhome/Van driven by Janice Trumpeter] entered the south ditch and came to rest on the drivers side. Vehicle 1 [the 2004 Chevy SUV driven by Machelle Koralek] came to rest upright in the right lane of I70.

Injuries

Trumpeter's injuries were minor. Trumpeter was taken by ambulance to Russell Regional Hospital.

The police said the 2013 Airs Motorhome/Van with Colorado license plate number DIX642 damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. Progressive insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Black Dog Towing.

You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation." Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
