Donovan Seeber Killed in a Crash on May 20, 2021 in Hamilton County, Kansas

Donovan Seeber of Syracuse, Kansas was killed on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 01:10 AM in Hamilton County, Kansas. Seeber is a 25-year-old man.
