Kelly Gabel Injured in a Crash on March 10, 2021 in Thomas County, Kansas

Kelly B Gabel of Colby, Kansas was injured on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 02:28 AM in Thomas County, Kansas. Gabel is a 40-year-old man.

The aircraft was taking off and the front wheel dolly did not detach from the front wheel. When the pilot got into the air he noticed that the wheel dolly was still attached and called the Fire Department. While the Fire Department was enroute, the right engine failed and the pilot had to conduct a major crash landing.

Injuries

Gabel's injuries were minor. Gabel was taken by ambulance to Citizens Medical Center.

The police said the Beech Fixed Wing Multi Engine with Kansas license plate number N568P damage was unknown. This vehicle was insured. US Specialty Insurance insured this vehicle. This vehicle was removed by Insurance Company. The police said they do not know where the vehicle was taken. The police also said, "Unknown year Beech Fixed wing multi engine airplane."

Further, unless you qualify under the Federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, the report you get will have important and necessary information such as photographs, social security numbers, driver license numbers, names, addresses and telephone numbers redacted (blacked out).
