Hilario Herrera Injured in a Crash on March 26, 2021 in Neosho County, Kansas

Hilario Lucero Herrera of Grand Prairie, Texas was injured on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 06:05 AM in Neosho County, Kansas. Herrera is a 52-year-old man.
