Samuel Caldwell Killed in a Crash on January 30, 2021 in Franklin County, Kansas

Samuel D Caldwell of Overland Park, Kansas was killed on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 12:02 AM in Franklin County, Kansas. Caldwell is a 20-year-old man.
