James Harris Injured in a Crash on January 20, 2021 in Johnson County, Kansas

Vehicle 3 [the 2018 International Semi driven by Rickey Johnson] made an evasive maneuver to avoid collision and was struck by vehicle 4 which was also making an evasive maneuver to avoid collision.
