Tony R Ledom of Ottawa, Kansas was involved in a crash on Tuesday, March 31st 2020 at 7:35 pm in Franklin County, Kansas. Ledom is a 55-year-old man.
In the crash, Ledom was driving a 2004 Yamaha 350X Warrior ATV. The crash happened here: K68 milemarker 22.2 or .1 miles east of Iowa Terrance. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle one was on the north side of the roadway on the shoulder. Vehicle one then made a left hand turn to cross the roadway into a driveway. Vehicle two slammed on breaks, swerved to the right to avoid hitting vehicle one. Vehicle two entered the ditch where it struck the embankment and rolled multiple times before coming to rest on its top in the field.

The police said that Ledom had no apparent injury. Ledom may have gone to the hospital.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K472 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-004179 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
