Larry Koehn of Halstead, Kansas was involved in a crash on Thursday, April 23rd 2020 at 1:27 pm in Harvey County, Kansas. Koehn is a 57-year-old man.
In the crash, Koehn was driving a 2020 Ford F150. The crash happened here: U50 267.8 or 10 ft east of U50 and Ridge Road The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle 2 was westbound on U50, yielding for traffic to turn southbound on Ridge Rd. Vehicle 1 was westbound on U50 and struck the rear of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 3 was Eastbound on U50 at Ridge Rd. After the collision of Vehicle 1 and 2, Vehicle 2 was pushed into the eastbound lanes and struck Vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 and 2 came to rest in the Eastbound lanes at the intersection of U50 and Ridge Road. Vehicle 3 came to rest in the south ditch southeast of the U50 and Ridge Rd intersection.

The police said that Koehn had no apparent injury. Koehn may have gone to the hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K168 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2020-004925 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
