James H Dolan of Louisburg, Kansas was involved in a crash on Thursday, February 14th 2019 at 6:35 pm in Linn County, Kansas. Dolan is a 20-year-old man.

In the crash, Dolan was driving a 2004 Ford F150 Pickup. The crash happened here: K152 & K7 Jct or 8 miles west of La Cygne. The police described the crash like this:

Vehicle 1 was eastbound on W 2100 Road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on K7. Vehicle 1 attempted to cross the intersection onto K152, but failed to yield at the stop sign and pulled into the path of Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck Vehicle 1 on the driver's side. Both vehicle came to rest on K7.

The police said that Dolan had suspected serious injury. Dolan was taken to Overland Park Regional Medical Center.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K112 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-002575 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
