The police said the damage to the 2002 Toyota Camry 4 door with Kansas license plate number 412GNP was not stated. It was insured by Liberty Mutual Insurance. It was removed from the crash scene by Happy Hooker and taken to tow lot.

The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K454 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-003093 to this crash.
