Desireea Sneed of Denver, Colorado was involved in a crash on Friday, February 22nd 2019 at 4:40 pm in Thomas County, Kansas. Sneed is a 13-year-old girl.
In the crash, Sneed was riding in a 2019 Jaguar F-Pace. The crash happened here: I70 at milepost 66.8 East-bound or approximately 13 miles East of Colby. The police described the crash like this:
Vehicle #1 and Vehicle #2 were East-bound on I70. Vehicle #1 was in the right lane when driver #1 made an unsafe lane change into the left lane. Vehicle #2 was in the left lane and driver #2 tried to avoid Vehicle #1. Vehicle #1 struck the front of Vehicle #2 causing Vehicle #1 to spin out of control into the median. Vehicle #1 came to rest in the median on all four wheels.

The police said that Sneed had possible injury (complaint of pain). Sneed was taken to Logan County Hospital.

How To Get the Highway Patrol Report
The Kansas State Highway Patrol Trooper with badge number K458 wrote up the report. The highway patrol assigned case number 2019-003128 to this crash. The KSHP charges $5.00 for each copy of the report plus additional fees of $2.00 for each witness statement. But you can call 877-925-1969 to request a free copy of the report. In order to get the report through the KSHP website, you must create a Kansas.gov account and give them your credit card. You must agree to be subject to Kansas Statute 45-230: Unlawful Use of Names Derived from Public Records. This statute imposes on those subject to it "a civil penalty in an action brought by the attorney general or county or district attorney" of up to "$500 for each violation."
