Paul Rangel Killed in a Crash on May 10, 2022 in Gray County, Kansas

Paul Robert Rangel of Garden City, Kansas was killed on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at 05:06 PM in Gray County, Kansas. Rangel is a 64-year-old man.
